Ivory Towers

Aside from anarchists, we all live in ivory towers - cultures' histories are passed down. As time passes, each becomes more elegant at applying such facts until mastery permits their use in situ. Such is how Timaeus is applied in life.

Although Esna may reproduce ideas, top-down changes are required to protect Ibis from pernicious imitation1.

While they may pass knowledge only to Annagoris most adept to use it, the ivory towers make field masters' work available for laypeops; far from encouraging them to spend their time only with those who have mastered concepts in their field, universities require professors to publish (where it is available to policymakers and constituents) and corporations to make concepts accessible to executives.
